Local to South Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, Volta AF (as known by The FA) is hosting and recruiting in areas close to Watlington, Henley and Marlow and is in proud partnership with Marlow FC, step 4 football club.
Volta offers a clear, supportive pathway for footballers of all levels and abilities with specially designed and flexible registration options to suit every family, along with exclusive player benefits and discounts to help your children get the most out of their football journey.
As we embark on our first inaugural season into the local leagues, our aims for the 25/26 Season is to establish ourselves as strong competitors in each league and tournament we enter, and implement a clear and effective play style and environment that our players and teams adopt into every match and training session.
Our ambitions for the 26/27 Season is to add U11-U12 Teams to our roster. We host trials every year at Marlow FC's home ground, Alfred Davis Memorial Ground in late May for each upcoming new season.

Wycombe South Bucks Minor Football League (WSBFL) ⚽ Mixed Teams (U7–U18) 🗓 Matches: Sunday mornings 👥 Volunteer parent or club coach-led teams 📍 1 training sessions per week Perfect for boys and girls who want to play competitive football in a friendly, community-focused setting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Berkshire County Girls Football League (BCGFL) ⚽ Girls Teams (U7–U16) 🗓 Matches: Saturday mornings 👥 Volunteer parent or club coach-led teams 📍 1–2 training sessions per week A great place for girls to grow their skills, confidence, and love of the game in an all-girls league.

We offer exciting opportunities for young players to develop their skills and confidence in both mixed and girls-only teams, managed by experienced Volta coaches and supported by parent volunteers. Berkshire Youth Football League (BYFL) 📍 Venue: Goals Reading (Woodley) + Woodford Park, Woodley. ⚽ Mixed Teams (U7–U10) 🗓 Matches: Saturday mornings 👥 Coaching: Weekly sessions coached by a UEFA qualified Volta coach. 🎮 Matches managed by a qualified Volta Coach, supported by a parent volunteer. 🕓 Training: Friday afternoons at Henley Rugby Club from 5PM-7PM (4G all-weather pitch) 🗓 Note: No sessions during school holidays. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Berkshire County Girls Football League (BCGFL) 📍 Venues: Marlow (home games) Various Berks & Bucks club locations (away fixtures) ⚽ Girls-Only Teams (U7–U10) 🗓 Matches: Saturday mornings 👥 Coaching: Weekly sessions with a qualified Volta coach 🎮 Matches managed by a Volta Coach, supported by a Volta coach 🕓 Training: Friday afternoons at Henley Rugby Club (4G all-weather pitch) 🗓 Note: No sessions during school holidays Volta development Player Perks 🎉 All players receive 50% off Volta Holiday Camps and Development Centres!

Elite-level football for committed young players, with in depth coaching and competitive match play in a national development league. Junior Premier League (JPL) ⚽ Mixed Teams (U7–U10) 🗓 Matches: Saturday afternoons with a UEFA-qualified Volta coach 📍 U7 & U8 – Slough CVF 📍 U9 & U10 – Thame CVF Training Schedule: ⚽ 2 sessions per week (excluding school holidays): Team Training: Fridays, 5PM–7PM at Henley Rugby Club (4G all-weather pitch) Development Session: Free choice of 2nd Volta Development Centre or Cage Football Match per week. 📍 Available in Henley, Marlow, or Watlington. 🎯 Bonus: Each player receives 1 free 1-to-1 coaching session per season with a Volta coach of their choice. Volta JPL Player Perks: 🎉 All players receive 50% off Volta Holiday Camps, 50% off any extra Development Centre or Cage Football Match per week! 50% off any extra 121s with coach of your choice.
Training Only Options
We offer training-only options for anyone looking to add extra Volta sessions to their schedule, with access to exclusive discounts and special offers.
Pay as you Play :
£8 per session, per child, pay on arrival.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- £20 p/month, direct debit:
Includes 1 football session of your choice per week during school term, 50% OFF Holiday Camps, Development Centres and 121s.
- £35 p/month, direct debit:
Includes 2 football sessions of your choice per week during school term, 50% OFF Holiday Camps, Development Centres and 121s.
- £45 p/month, direct debit:
Includes 3 football sessions of your choice per week during school term, 50% OFF Holiday Camps, Development Centres and 121s.
Finishes end of school term in July each year.

Step 1: Get Your FA FAN Number
Before registering, you’ll need an FA FAN (Football Association Number) for your child.

Step 2: Complete Your Volta Registration
✍🏼 Fill out the official Volta Membership Form and secure your place.
Step 3: Join Us on Spond
Once registered, download the Spond app and join your Volta group to receive all updates and session info.

1 / Payment Option
Pay in full by 20th July 2025 via bank transfer and receive a 10% discount.
2 / Payment Option

Pay 3 instalments of £150 each on 1st August 2025, 1st November 2025 and 1st February 2026.
